How it all started...
Bishop Daniel Davy is a visionary and has a heart for the lost. His passion is to see souls saved all across the state of Florida. He felt led to the city of Sarasota and began to pray and seek for someone to send to plant a church here.
A year later, Pastor James Thompson IV caught ahold of the vision and felt God leading him to this beautiful city. Him and his wife set to move and with the guidance of their leadership and the help of the team we were able to find and renovate our first location in the Grand Slam Plaza.

Expanding the vision...
We are a diverse and growing community of believers. We truly have a desire to seek and reach out to others to see souls saved in this city and those who have been lost come and reconcile unto Christ.
The spiritual lives are of most importance but we also believe in helping our community in any way we can physically. We are passionate about the people of Sarasota and we reach out by doing yearly Back-to-School drives, Turkey drives and Toy drives as well as many other outreach initiatives throughout the year.

Where we are headed...
We have been blessed to see God bring so many people from all walks of life into our community and had the opportunity to witness lives being changed in this past year! But we believe God still has so much more do to in this city!
Our mission is to reach out, preach the gospel, and see souls saved!
To further the mission, we have begun a campaign to raise funds for our very own church van so we can ensure those who need a way of transportation can still come to the house of the Lord.
